This service is available 24 hours a day throughout the year and provides you with an easy and convenient way to report your repair problem.
Whether reported by phone or online, repairs that are not emergencies will normally be carried out within 28 working days. Once your repair request is issued to our contractor you will receive notification of the repair through the post.

There is an out-of-hours service for emergency repairs only. This service operates outside normal office hours on weekdays and 24 hours a day at weekends and public holidays.

If a repair is an emergency we will, usually within a maximum of two hours, arrange for our contractor to call. The contractor is responsible for taking emergency action that may include a full repair, or making safe the situation until repair work can be undertaken during normal working hours.
