Ashford Borough Council housing tenants can use our tenant's portal for a range of services, including:

• Check rent account balance and see payment history.
• Make rent payments.
• Report day to day repair issues.
• View current and completed repairs.
• Update contact details, such as phone and email address.
• View tenancy details.

Registration

You can register an account if you're not already using the self-service portal.

You will need to provide the following information when registering for an account:

• Name;
• Date of birth;
• Tenancy number (this is the first seven digits of your account number – shown on rent statements or rent card);
• Email address – this will become your logon id;
• Password.
