Due to the current heightened severity of the Coronavirus pandemic, together with the recent holiday period and the freezing temperatures, Swale Heating are experiencing a high number of calls with a reduced workforce. This is causing delays to heating and hot water repair appointments and as such repairs are being prioritised.
It is expected that the situation will begin to improve during the week commencing 11 January as Swale Heating clear the backlog from the holiday period and the weather improves, though Swale Heating will continue to manage absences in their workforce caused by the Coronavirus.
