We carry out property inspections more frequently than a high street agent. Inspection frequency adapts to the needs of you and the tenant.
If following an inspection we identify any issues which require action, we will find a solution quickly and efficiently.
We will always keep landlords informed every step of the way.
+ What happens if a tenant reports repairs?
If we become aware of a repair, we will act quickly to get this resolved. We will arrange repairs directly with our local approved contractors.
If we identify structural works, we will work with you to arrange repairs with your own contractor, or use our local providers. We are unable to cover the cost of structural works.
+ What does a property valuation involve?
We complete market research on each individual property using verified property valuation resources.
We will arrange a visit to your property with one of our expert Property Managers.
