Planning Guidance and Design Statements

The council has prepared a series of planning guidance to support and expand upon policies in the Local Plan.  These documents cover a range of topics, including affordable housing, fibre to the premises, landscape character and the dark skies.  The planning guidance documents are material considerations for determining planning applications.
