The council is required to monitor the effectiveness of our planning policies, local plans and strategies on a regular basis.  Most of this work is undertaken as part of the annual Authority Monitoring Report (AMR).

The council is also keeps tracks of housing land supply and delivery.  This includes the council's latest housing land supply position and the Government's results of the Housing Delivery Test.
