What is Housing Land Supply?
The Council is required to publish annually a statement of the supply of deliverable sites in the borough over the five year period.
The latest published Housing Land Supply position was updated in August 2026, to incorporate the latest Housing Delivery Results and 2026 NPPF.

Housing Delivery Test Results 2025
The Housing Delivery Test (HDT) is an annual measurement of the housing delivery in the area. The 2025 results were published on 17 August 2026, and the HDT results was calculated at 75%.

The Housing Delivery Action Plan has been produced to understand the nature and pattern of housing delivery across the borough and identify a series of actions to unlock any potential barriers to housing delivery.
