You can register to speak at a council meeting by completing the form below. Visit our speaking at Planning Committee page if you wish to speak at a Planning Committee meeting.

All we need are your contact details and full details of what you want to say.

We will contact you in advance of the meeting to discuss the arrangements for speaking at the meeting with you.
