s.106 and Nutrient Credits

If you plan to use Nutrient Credits in full or in part to mitigate the nutrient impact on Stodmarsh Lakes from your proposed development, you should engage early with the planning officer and work through the steps on the Nutrient Credits section of the website.

In some circumstances, there may need to be obligations in a s.106 but this will not apply in all cases. If a s.106 is required, we will use the Council's standard wording for consistency and fairness for everyone.

The planning officer will be able to advise you if a s.106 is needed for your application. If this is the case then you may wish to review our Engaging with Legal Services on s.106 page for more information.
