Jamaica Blue set to open at County Square Shopping Centre

A new premium café brand is set to join Ashford Town Centre this autumn, bringing new jobs, investment and a fresh dining destination for residents and visitors.

Jamaica Blue has confirmed that its new café at County Square Shopping Centre will officially open on Thursday 17 September, following a £300,000 investment in Ashford. The opening is expected to create 15 new jobs for local people, with recruitment currently underway.

Founded in Australia more than 30 years ago, Jamaica Blue has built a reputation for its speciality coffee and relaxed café experience. Taking its name from the world-famous Jamaica Blue Mountains, the brand serves premium coffee made from some of the finest coffee beans in the world alongside a varied menu of freshly prepared brunch, lunch and sweet treats.

The new Ashford café will offer customers an all-day dining experience, featuring gourmet sandwiches, brunch dishes, lunch plates, handcrafted cakes and a range of speciality coffees.

The opening represents the latest stage of Jamaica Blue's expansion across the UK and further strengthens Ashford's retail and hospitality offer, adding to the growing mix of businesses in the town centre.
