ENGIE rebranded as EQUANS

Tenants of Ashford Borough Council will notice that ENGIE, the housing repairs contractor retained by the Council to keep our housing stock in good shape, has changed its name to EQUANS.

This means you’ll see changes to our contractor’s branding over the next couple of months, including staff uniforms, signs, vehicles and their communications with you (for example telephone calls and letters). 

Please be assured that our tenants won’t be affected by the name change as EQUANS will continue to deliver refurbishment and repair works across our homes with the same team, promising to deliver the same great service to our homes and communities.

EQUANS continues to work in partnership with Ashford Borough Council to prepare 250-plus vacant properties a year ready for occupation and deliver housing repairs to our 5,000-plus homes, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and other external works.
