Planning Portal Removes Service Charge for Building Control Submissions

The Planning Portal has removed the £21 service charge previously applied to submitted building control applications via their online services, excluding exempt applications.

This will allow the Planning Portal to offer a simpler planning and building service which is accessible for applicants, agents and local authorities, and also allows customers to navigate the planning process with confidence.
