Searches submitted directly to us via our submission portal are secure, direct and quick. Results are provided direct to the requestor immediately on completion therefore avoiding any delays via a third party. There are no hidden additional costs and guaranteed by the local authority.

We know how confusing technology can be and have therefore worked hard to ensure that our ordering system is simple. We've also put the system through its paces to ensure you get an immediate, noticeable difference in speeding up the request process however, our new portal now needs your confirmation that it's all working as required.

NEW updated submission portal - Beta release.

Our new submission portal is very similar to our previous version but benefits all parties with a direct integration to our back office. This enables not only quicker submissions but also the ability for us to share responses/documents directly with you on your accounts for easy reference.

You will need to create an account on first use, even if you submitted regularly on our previous version but once this is set up, you can log-in and manage your submissions/account in a very similar way to previously.

As this is a Beta release, it may not be perfect just yet. If you find anything that's not quite right, please help us by flagging it through the main website feedback too (happy/sad faces) usually located on the bottom right of each webpage.
