The Royal British Legion sponsor and donate Christmas tree in Ashford Town Centre

The Ashford Town Centre Christmas Tree in the upper high street has been sponsored and donated by the Royal British Legion, Ashford Branch.

In addition to the tree, RBL Ashford wanted to offer a chance for residents to place a bauble on the tree with a message of remembrance – whether that be a friend, relative or even a pet.

There was such an overwhelming response with wanting to share messages that the tree could have been wrapped again if there were more baubles!

The money that was raised from the baubles will go to the Royal British Legion Ashford Branch to help veterans and their families, not only at this time of year, but in the future.

RBL Ashford would like to share a big thank you to all those that have supported with a bauble.
