Customer Service, IT and Digital Strategy 2026-2029 consultation

We have launched a public consultation to help shape the future of customer service and digital provision across the borough. The consultation is live and we encourage all residents and local businesses to share their views and help shape the direction of our digital and customer service strategy.
We want to ensure that this strategy reflects the real needs and priorities of the people and businesses we serve. Your feedback will help us understand what works well, where improvements are needed, and how we can make our services more inclusive and accessible for everyone.
The consultation closes at 5pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025.
Customer Service, IT and Digital Strategy 2022
Ashford Borough Council’s Cabinet approved the adoption of the Customer Service, IT and Digital Strategy in January 2022. It set out how we develop our services digitally and inspire confidence in our digital services, making them accessible to all and enabling us to deliver outstanding customer services.
