Problems With Licensed Premises
If you are experiencing problems with a licensed premises, we would recommend that you consider speaking with the business in the first instance in order to try and informally resolve the issue.
If you continue to experience problems, you can make a report to us:
- Log into your Account (or create an account if you don't already have one)
- Complete the Report a Licensing Issue form, which can be found by going to Service Requests and clicking on General Licensing
- We will then review the nature of the issue and, where appropriate, speak with the licence holder and attempt to fix the issue informally at first.
- We will not share your details with the licensee without your consent. Your details may be shared with other responsible authorities such as the police if they need the information to investigate the complaint.
If the problem continues then anyone can apply for the review of a licence. This can be done using the following forms:
