Planning Interactive Maps are currently offline and Our IT team are investigating the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to this issue we are experiencing a delay in processing planning applications. Applications will be validated from the date of receipt if valid. We are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

Application fee increases in England

Invalid application administration charge - NEW

Applications that are invalid when received by the council are given 3 months to provide the required information. If this is not fulfilled any invalid applications will be closed and the fee returned.

We will now retain 10% of the application fee to cover administrative costs associated with the processing and chasing of applications. This will come into force on app applications submitted from 1 April 2025.
