ABC Lettings to host 2026 Landlord Forum in partnership with NRLA

Ashford Borough Council’s ABC Lettings service is inviting local landlords to attend its upcoming Landlord Forum on Friday 24 April 2026, held in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
The event, taking place at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, will provide landlords with the latest updates affecting the private rented sector, including an overview of the Renters' Rights Act (RRA) and other key developments relevant to property owners across Ashford and the wider borough.
Designed for landlords managing anything from a single property to a full portfolio, the Forum will offer practical advice, expert insights, and the opportunity to ask questions directly to industry professionals and the Council’s housing team. Attendees will also be able to shape the agenda, with ABC Lettings actively inviting suggestions on the topics landlords most want to hear about.
The event will also feature Suzanne Smith, founder of The Independent Landlord, as a guest speaker. Suzanne brings a unique combination of legal expertise and real‑world landlord experience, and her work has become a trusted resource for landlords nationwide.
