CIEH Foundation Food Hygiene one-day courses

Do you work where food is prepared, cooked or served? Or are you looking to work in this industry and want to boost your qualifications?
If so the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Foundation Food Hygiene course is for you.
During this one-day course we’ll cover; Introduction to Food Safety, contamination (including allergens), food storage, personal hygiene, food handler responsibilities and much more.
Delivered by Ashford Borough Council, each course runs from 9am to 5pm and is held at the Civic Centre, costing £48 per person.
