New location for face to face Ashford Borough Council services in Tenterden

With the closure of Tenterden Town Hall for refurbishment, Ashford Borough Council’s face to face service will be joining colleagues from Tenterden Town Council at their temporary pop-up location at Highbury Hall twice a month.
A Customer Service Advisor (CSA) will be on hand on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 2pm to 4pm at Highbury Hall, Highbury Lane, Tenterden TN30 6LE. Our first session will be on Wednesday 7 February 2024.
Unfortunately we won’t have any self-help computers or an internal telephone but our CSA will have use of a tablet for quick and easy enquiries.

From 1 July 2026, it is anticipated that the Town Hall will re-open and all services will revert back to the Town Hall.
Dates and times for ABC's attendance from July in the Town Hall will be advertised once confirmed.
