Park Mall demolition update

Ashford Borough Council has entered into contract with O'Connell to demolish Park Mall Shopping Centre and nearby Edinburgh Road Multi-storey Car Park. O'Connell will be on site from the end of March, with demolition starting next month. 

The new temporary surface carpark is due to be in place later this year once the shopping centre and multi-storey car park is demolished. We aim to be in a position to open the car park in the lead up to Christmas 2026.

An O'Connell spokesperson said:
