You can report a wide range of issues via our website. You can also use the Your Ashford app to report issues to us too.

+ When is the café open in the park?

Harper’s Café is open 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm. For more details visit their Facebook page.

+ When is the Bowls Centre café open in the park?

Ashford Indoor Bowls Centre is based in Victoria Park. They have a serving hatch for their café, with outdoor seating. The serving hatch is open at least between 1 April and 30 September, from 9.30 am – 5.00 pm every day of the week.

+ When are the toilets open?

The toilets in the park are open every day:

8am – 6pm (1 May – 30 September)

8am – 4pm (1 October – 30 April)

+ When is the car park open?

The main gate in the park is open by 8am at the latest, and closed at 10.30 pm.

+ When is Park Run?

Park Run is every Saturday at 9am. For more information visit the Park Run website.

+ Can I have a BBQ in the park?

Yes but please make sure to use the designated BBQ stands and once you’ve finished, dispose of the coals in the correct bins (labelled BBQ disposal). The BBQ stands are not bookable so on a first come, first serve basis. As with any BBQ please be careful of the coals/hot ash to ensure any nearby vegetation or grass does not ignite.
