  • Use the weekly “Strategic Steer” meeting to flag up any potentially tricky, enforcement related, complex or controversial new validated applications with the Team.
  • Where appropriate refer cases to a Case Review meeting to enable a cross service senior level discussion and review of an application and give relevant feedback to the case officer to assist in determination.
