Car Parks in Ashford
2022 Elwick Place Car Park
Elwick Place Car Park will be closed from 2pm on Monday 28 November until 7am on Tuesday 29 November.
2022 Edinburgh Road Car Park
Edinburgh Road car park is currently closed to enable our contractors to carry out necessary inspection and repair work of the ceiling and lifts.
Notices have been posted at the car park to inform users.
We apologise to car park users for the inconvenience caused and advise they use our other surface car parks as an alternative.
Car park season ticket holders may only use the car parks that are listed on the terms and conditions.
Once we have an update on when the car park and its lifts will be usable again, we will make a further announcement.
2022 Park Mall Cashless Car Park
Car park now open on the ground level for cashless parking only at this point. A phased opening for the first floor of the car park is anticipated while we complete repairs.
2022 Victoria Road Car Park
Car park now open.
2022 Henwood Car Park
Henwood Car Park will be used for the loading of supplies being sent to the Ukraine. The car park will remain open. All car park users may find that parking will be restricted while this is taking place.
Car Park Vouchers
Car Park Vouchers are now available. Vouchers offer a flexible, cost effective alternative for daily parking and can be used in several car parks. For more information see our Season Tickets and Car Park Vouchers page.
NB: There is a maximum stay of 23 hours in all car parks
except for Elwick Place
Car Park Prices and Information
In car parks
FREE parking for up to three hours if you display a valid blue badge and time clock, set to the time of arrival
- If no disabled bay is available in the car park you may park in any standard bay and still benefit from three hours free parking
- You need to display your blue badge and time clock, set to the time of arrival
- In all cases, if you are staying for longer than three hours, you must pay for parking for the entirety of your stay
- Once the barrier has been closed to the pedestrian zone, access will not be granted to vehicles of blue badge holders

Badge holders may park in all on-street Pay and Display bays.
