Ashford Town Centre Business Grants

The Ashford Town Centre Business Grant provides support to landlords or tenants to attract investment into Ashford Town Centre by providing up to 80% of the cost of works.

The Empty Premises Grant could provide up to £10,000 for bringing an empty town centre unit back into use.

This grant scheme is fully funded by S106 contributions aimed at supporting the vitality and viability of Ashford Town Centre. The funding is limited and therefore, once the funds are fully allocated, applications will be closed.

Note: Works allowed under these grant schemes would likely require Planning Permission (such as Listed Building Consent, Advertising Consent or similar). Ashford Town Centre is largely within a Conservation Area so applicants would need to consider the design and impact of their project.
