The Council’s Planning Applications Team will be unavailable for normal business between 6–14 February as they focus on determining as many planning applications as possible and reducing a build-up of cases that has developed over the last 6 months. This is part of a wider set of improvements that will enable us to provide a consistent and better quality service going forwards. Please note that during the week of the 6–10 February and for the two working days following, most of the planning applications team will not be available to respond to queries by phone or e-mail. Our support team will be available to deal with urgent queries and can be contacted at email@example.com, otherwise we ask that you avoid contacting planning officers during this period.
