Important information for all Personal Search companies

Personal Search Agents and visiting our Offices:

Local Land Charges are following government advice to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus by limiting all unnecessary travelling. As from Monday 23 March 2020, we will be replacing the facility temporarily by sending out all personal search results by email. This will reduce unnecessary risk to staff and visitors calling at the Civic Centre.

Please be assured, we will continue to deliver our service to solicitors, conveyancers and Personal Search Agents.

Most (although not all) information to answer CON29 questions can be accessed free of charge by inspection of public records.
