Retail Hospitality and Leisure Relief Scheme (RHL) 2024 Cash Cap Exceeded Form

You will have received a bill where you have been granted Retail Hospitality and Leisure Relief (RHL) for 2024/25. 

If you have been granted RHL (as shown on your bill) and will have exceeded the £110,000 cash cap for 2024/25 or the Minimal Financial Assistance limit of £315,000 over three years (including 2024/25) you will need to complete the form below (please submit one form per account affected).

No further action is required if you have been granted the relief and have not exceeded the cash cap or the Minimal Financial Assistance limit.
