Housing Annual Report 2022-23

This Annual Report to Tenants will set out how we have performed as your social housing landlord in the last financial year from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023. Our aim for this report is to be as transparent as possible. It covers a range of service areas, including how we have managed and maintained our properties, how responsive our repairs service has been, how quickly we are letting any empty homes, how many new homes we are building and how we are handling complaints about our service.

Why are we sharing this information?

It is really important that all our tenants receive this information and have the opportunity to see the data for themselves. With access to this data, tenants can hold us to account, challenge us and offer suggestions as to how we can improve our services. Our tenants are the best judge of our services as they experience them day in, day out.
