Consultation on Regulation 16 version of the Plan

Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Parish Council have submitted their Neighbourhood Plan to Ashford Borough Council.  As part of the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, we are holding a six-week consultation on the submission version of the Neighbourhood Plan.

The consultation runs from 9am on Monday 28 September to 5pm on Friday 6 November 2020.

Consultation on Regulation 14 version of the Plan

As part of the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, the Parish Council undertook a six week Pre-Submission Consultation (Regulation 14 Stage) on the draft Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Parishes Neighbourhood Plan. Area designation - 2014

On 10 March 2014 Ashford Borough Council received an application from Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area. The area requested to be designated is the entire Parishes of Boughton Aluph and Eastwell. The application and map of the area was open for public consultation for 6 weeks from Monday 24 March to Friday 2 May.

On 12 June 2014 the cabinet approved the designation of the Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Neighbourhood Area. A copy of the cabinet report, Neighbourhood Area application and map, which identifies the area, is attached below.
