Energy Performance Certification (EPC)

It is a requirement for residential property landlords to undertake an EPC every 10 years, as a minimum.

This assessment enables a property energy rating to be established and provides the opportunity to identify possible efficiency improvements to a building.

When an EPC is due on your property, you will be contacted by our preferred service partner (EQUANS) to arrange an assessment. Dependant on property size or other factors, it should typically take 40-90 minutes to complete.
